We get asked a lot of questions, and if we spend all our time answering them, we'd never get round to making great cupcake boxes and sending them to you. So here's a list of questions we get asked on a regular basis.
What can I use your cupcake boxes for?
We advise that the best use for these cupcake boxes is to store, display or carry your cupcakes, although we sometimes use them to store things like; paper, electrical wire, bottle tops and some of our old toys.
What are your cupcake boxes made of?
All our cupcake boxes are made from cardboard, ultimately sourced from trees, but we're sure that there's some recycling going on, we like trees and recycle wherever we can.
What if I don't have a Paypal account?
You don't need a PayPal account to make your payment, we just use them to take the payment. You have the option to just use your credit or debit card on the PayPal screen.
What's your refund / cancellation policy?
Occasionally things go wrong, and when it does here's what happens.
My box is damaged / This isn't what I ordered
In the unlikely event that we've sent you the wrong boxes or there's a problem with them, contact us. We may also need a photo from you to confirm any damage. Then we'll send DPD to collect the boxes so we can recycle them then dispatch new ones to you free of charge. Or if you don't want a replacement, we'll refund you. All eligible refunds are actioned upon receipt of faulty goods, on the day we receive them.
I don't want my order anymore
If you wish to cancel prior to the dispatch of your order, you'll need to let us know quickly, within an hour of your order ideally. If it's not been dispatched, we'll refund the full amount, and pretend nothing happened.
I've ordered the wrong boxes
If you got excited and a bit click happy and ordered the wrong ones, we need the boxes back to recycle. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund you (minus any delivery cost) or replace like for like. Unfortunately, you'll have to pay to send them back to us.
I wasn't in when the order arrived
It is your responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. DPD attempt delivery to your shipping address twice and then it gets sent back to the nearest depot where you will have to pick it up from. Whilst we can arrange for re-delivery this can then cost up to £20.10 (plus V.A.T) depending on the nearest DPD depot to you, you are responsible to pay this charge. Please get your order shipped to an address where someone will be there to receive them such as your work address if you are in any doubt whether you will be in.
My order hasn't arrived
If you've paid for next day delivery, ordered before 10am, and delivery hasn't been attempted by the end of the next working day (Monday - Friday). We'll refund the additional cost you paid for express delivery. If you've paid for standard 2-5 day delivery, and haven't received it within 5 days. We'll refund the delivery costs in full. We'll then go to our local DPD office, kick the door in, loudly tell them what's happened, and try to refrain from slapping everyone in the face.
Any the above scenarios need to be communicated to us within 14 days from the date of your order.
